    B H out of New York has one used in video. Not to pricey...maybe it will work for you...or Century Precision Optics in Burbank, CA or is it North Hollywood?

    Ive got one but it isnt for sale, sorry. They are on ebay every so often. Ive got a extra telephoto lens if your interested. Has anyone been able to aquire one of the Canon c-8 240 67mm Close up lenses. I have never seen one of those one ebay.
